Justice Tha Htay

Justice Tha Htay has been appointed as the Justice of the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar since March 2011. He was previously appointed as the Member of Union Election Commission in 2010.

Justice Tha Htay was born in 1958. He got his LL.B. Degree in 1981 from the University of Yangon. He served at the Office of the Judge Advocate General for over 24 years up to the post of the Assistant Judge Advocate General. He is married.
