Workshop on Court Excellence and Court Dispute Resolution

   The Workshop on Court Excellence and Court Dispute Resolution co-organized by the Supreme Court of the Union, the Singapore Ministry of Law and the Singapore Judicial College was held at the Hotel Royal ACE today.

         

   During the Workshop, the International Framework for Court Excellence (IFCE), Examining of IFCE, Preliminaries of Court Dispute Resolution and lessons from the Singapore Judiciary Experience will be discussed interactively. Mr. TAN Boon Heng, District Judge of the State Courts and Executive Director of Singapore Judicial College, will lead the sessions.

         

   At this 4-day Workshop, 17-20 October 2016, altogether 30 Judges and Judicial Officers from the Office of the Union Supreme Court, the Office of the Union Judiciary Supervision, the Divisional/State High Courts and other Subordinate Courts are attending.
