Justices of the Supreme Court of the Union U Aung Zaw Thein and U Soe Naing meet with Ms.Irum Ahsan, Senior Counsel, Asian Development Bank(ADB) Consultation Mission

Justices of the Supreme Court of the Union U Aung Zaw Thein and U Soe Naing received Ms. Irum Ahsan, Senior Counsel, Asian Development Bank(ADB) Consultation Mission at 10:30 in the Meeting Hall(down floor) of the Supreme Court of the Union.

         

In the meeting, they cordially discussed on preparatory works for hosting the “Asia-Pacific Judicial Conference on Environmental and Climate Change Adjudication” which will be organized by the Supreme Court of the Union and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in October, 2018 at Nay Pyi Taw.

         

Also present at the meeting were ADB Consultation Mission, Ms.Celeste Grace A.Saniel-Gois, Ms. Maria Cecilia Sicangco, Mr. Gregorio Rafadl P.Bueta, Environmental Law Specialist (UNEP), Ms. Emeline Pluchon, Myanmar Consultant (ADB),  Daw Khin Thandar, Director Generals of the Union Supreme Court, Deputy Director Generals, and officials concerned of the Supreme Court of the Union.
