Workshop on Intellectual Property

Workshop on Intellectual Property co-organized by the Office of the Union Supreme Court and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) was held at the Park Royal Hotel today.

           

                   During the Workshop, Textbook for Judges, Calculation of Damages and Injunction in Intellectual Property Infringement Cases and Judicial Review on Administrative Decisions for establishing effective Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution System in Myanmar will be discussed by the experts led by Professor Mr. KUMAGAI Ken-ichi, Mr. MIMURA Ryoichi and Mr. ONODERA Yoshifumi.

                        At this 5-day Workshop, 6-10 February 2017, altogether 15 Judicial Officers from the Office of the Union Supreme Court are attending.
