Chief Justice of the Union received a Courtesy Call from the United States Ambassador to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Delegation

   The Honourable Htun Htun Oo, Chief Justice of the Union, received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Scot Marciel, the United States Ambassador to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and delegation, at the Guest Hall of the Supreme Court of the Union, at 9:30 AM this morning. Members of the delegation comprised of the USAID Mission Director Ms. Teresa Mc Ghie,First Secretary Mr.Joshua Morris,Intermittent Legal Advisor of U.S. Department of Justice Mr. Terry Kinney, and Senior Rule of Law and Governance Advisor Mr. Mark Silva.

         

   The meeting was attended by U Soe Nyunt, U Aung Zaw Thein and U Myint Han, Justices of the Supreme Court of the Union; U Ko Ko Naing, Director-General of the Office of the Supreme Court of the Union; Daw Aye Aye Kyi Thet, Director-General of the Office of the Union Judiciary Supervision; Deputy Director Generals and Daw Khin Khin Cho, Director of the International Relations and Research Department.
