Workshop on the Evaluation of CMP Courts

Workshop on Evaluation of CMP Courts (The Courts of National Case Management Program) is held by the Supreme Court of the Union at Kempinski Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw at 9 am on January 26 in collaboration with the USAID-PRLM.

         

The workshop is conducted to discuss and evaluate implementation of case management during a year from September 2017 to August 2018 implemented in five expansion pilot courts namely Mawlamyaing District Court, Monywa District Court, Magwe Township Court, Pathein Township Court and Chanaye Tharzan Township Court. In addition, the meeting reviewed the implementation of the National Case Management Program in 2018 as well.

         

The workshop is attended by the Chair of the Union Supreme Court Case Management Committee and members, the USAID-PRLM members, training team, coordinators from the Region and State High Courts and judges and staff from 26 courts implementing that program, totally about 88 judicial officers, judges and court staff.
